Saint Columbs Episcopal Church, Ridgeland, MS

This stained glass window reflects the placement of the carved wooden shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham in the Sulser Chapel at St. Columb’s Episcopal Church in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Located high on the chapel's south wall, it allows natural sunlight to project colors across the floors, pews, and walls throughout the year. The window depicts Easter lilies, symbolizing the Resurrection.

It incorporates a variety of glass types, including transparent, mouth-blown antique glass and translucent opal colors. The rich jewel tones create a magnificent light that illuminates Our Lady of Walsingham, especially during the winter solstice season.

An innovative feature of this window is the white opal glass, carefully cut and positioned beneath the petals of the flowers, adding a natural depth of shadow.
