After their home was struck by lightning and tragically lost to fire in early 2025, the Cantu family saw the rebuilding process as an opportunity to create something meaningful and beautiful. When they approached PRGS, they shared a vision for a custom stained glass magnolia to anchor their new dream home.⁠
To bring that vision to life, our team focused on strong, elegant forms and intentional lines that could be read clearly from far away, selecting a thoughtful mix of colors, textures, and opacities to create depth in every petal and leaf. The window features ring-mottle, wispy, hand-blown glass, and even a touch of leftover custom glass originally created for the Mississippi State Capitol House Chamber skylight.⁠
