PRGS is a fascinating oasis in the middle of the city that refreshes the spirit and challenges the mind of whoever walks through its doors.
Pearl River Glass Studio is an outstanding 10,000 square foot facility in the heart of Jackson. It is divided among 3 buildings on Millsaps Avenue, where it has been located since 1976.
The first building consists of office spaces and a 700 square foot gallery where artwork and decorative glass pieces are displayed year round. The other two buildings house the production studios, which were recently renovated to create separate workstations for each aspect of stained glass window creation.
Pearl River owns 5 for fusing and slumping, two of which are also used for glass painting and artwork. The first production building contains glass racks that hold thousands of square feet of glass from all over the country and the world.
